Axel was born in Puerto Rico but was raised all over with the military. He has an B.S. in business from SIUE, following in his father's footsteps as an Army Officer through R.O.T.C., serving 5 years active duty at Ft. Lee and Ft. Hood, TX and successfully achieving the rank of Captain.

Axel decided to go to work for Johnson and Johnson, which is what brought him to Central IL in 2003. He spent 7 years in healthcare sales working with hospitals and physicians while earning an MBA at Illinois State University in 2008.

In 2010, Axel joined State Farm as the only Spanish speaking Agent in Central Illinois with a strong interest in the community. Axel and his licensed staff are ready to meet your insurance and financial needs and look forward to working with you!
